Firing the kiln is an adventure in itself. It's like Christmas when the kiln is opened revealing a durable piece of pottery. The next firing will be the glaze firing and it is always a wonder to see what comes from the firing process. As I always say...Never get too attached until your piece is completely through the firing process. There are so many things that can happen.
